实验用体重为150～180g的大鼠,对照组和实验组各10只。实验组每日口服醋酸棉酚10mg/kg,每周6次,在连续给药半年后处死,取主要脏器作病理检查,并对肾上腺、肾脏、肝脏等进行组织化学观察。结果:大鼠连续给药半年后,主要脏器如心、肝、脾、肺、肾、睾丸和副睾等均未见病理改变。服药组肾上腺3β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶在球状带少部分细胞酶活性略强,其它无变化。肾上腺油红“O”与苏丹黑染
