结束于70年前的中国抗日战争,作为世界反法西斯战争的重要组成部分,是中华民族救亡图存、非生即死的涅槃之举。中国抗战胜利一个重大而直接的结果,便是被日本帝国主义殖民统治了50年之久的宝岛台湾重回祖国怀抱。然而,1950年6月朝鲜战争爆发后,无论在美国还是在日本,都出现了“台湾地位未定”的谬论,至今阴魂不散。岛内分裂势力也以此谬论为依据,宣扬“台独”分裂理念。台湾地位真的未定吗?从本质上说,这是一个国际法层面的问题,需要从国际法的角度来分析。
The end of the Chinese Anti-Japanese War 70 years ago, as an important part of the world anti-fascist war, is an act of nirvana of the Chinese nation in its salvation and non-existence and death. However, since the outbreak of the Korean War in June 1950, both in the United States and Japan, there has been a fallacy that “the status of Taiwan has not yet been determined.” The separatist forces on the island have also used this fallacy as a basis to promote the idea of “Taiwan independence”. Is Taiwan’s position undecided? Essentially, this is a question of the level of international law that needs to be analyzed from the perspective of international law.
