近年来,我国工业化进程逐步加快,加强治理工业环境污染问题已经刻不容缓。国家严格限制工厂的烟尘排放标准,不断要求优化革新除尘技术。本文针对高压静电除尘技术中传统除尘电源的不足,采用新型材质材料,从整体功率电路、高频变压部分、智能控制电路、相关算法等方面重新设计和优化,实现高频静电除尘电源构建。
In recent years, the process of industrialization in our country has been gradually accelerated. It has been imperative to step up the control of industrial environmental pollution. The state strictly limits the soot emission standards of the factory and continuously requests that the technology of dust remoulding and optimization be optimized. In this paper, aiming at the shortage of traditional dust removal power supply in high-voltage electrostatic dust removal technology, a new type of material is adopted to redesign and optimize the overall power circuit, high-frequency transformer part, intelligent control circuit and related algorithms.
