本研究报道一种用来测量腹部表面振动的计算机系统(SVA),以此评价胃肠运动功能。以前的研究发明一种明显的低频信号,该信号与心跳同步,因此认为是主动脉搏动的表现。SVA 系统以一种原为工业振动测量设计的压电传感器为基础,对声学背景反应微小,但可将通过腹壁直接传导过来的振动能转变成电子信号。这种传感器的频谱反应范围较宽,通过组合一个高通滤波器使之对40~1000Hz 呈低平反应,滤波后所剩余的信号经计算机处理、测量,以提供定量能值及图象显示。这种新创制的方法被称为表面振动分析法。方法与临床评价:标准固体食物试验,对象包括22名健康志愿者、7例不明病因的阵发性腹泻患者和5例全胃切除术后有持续腹泻患者.全部对象在禁食期作
This study reports a computer system (SVA) for measuring abdominal surface vibrations to assess gastrointestinal motility. Previous studies have found a conspicuous low-frequency signal that is synchronized with the heartbeat and is therefore considered a manifestation of aortic pulsatility. The SVA system is based on a piezoelectric sensor that was originally designed for industrial vibration measurement and responds very little to the acoustical background but converts the vibrational energy directly transmitted through the abdominal wall into electrical signals. The spectrum of this sensor has a wide range of responses. By combining a high-pass filter with a low flat response to 40-1000 Hz, the remaining signal after filtering is processed and measured by computer to provide quantitative energy values and image display. This newly created method is called surface vibration analysis. METHODS AND CLINICAL EVALUATION: A standard solid food test involving 22 healthy volunteers, 7 patients with paroxysmal diarrhea of unknown etiology and 5 patients with persistent diarrhea after total gastrectomy All subjects under fasting
