目的:分析子宫切口妊娠通过彩超诊断的效果。方法:研究对象为我院在2014年1月至2014年12月期间接诊的20例子宫切口妊娠患者,所有患者均通过阴道彩超做诊断,分析其诊断效果。结果:所有患者中,诊断的正确率为85%,其中误诊率为10%,漏诊率为5%。结论:阴道彩超诊断子宫切口妊娠具有较高的诊断有效性,具有较好的手术参考价值。
Objective: To analyze the effect of ultrasound diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy. Methods: Twenty patients with uterine incision pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients were diagnosed by vaginal color Doppler echocardiography. The diagnostic results were analyzed. Results: In all patients, the correct rate of diagnosis was 85%, of which the rate of misdiagnosis was 10% and the rate of misdiagnosis was 5%. Conclusion: Vagina ultrasound diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy has a high diagnostic validity, with good surgical reference value.
