2000年以来,廊坊市作为全省再就业工作并轨建制试点市,积极推进下岗职工基本生活保障制度向失业保险制度过渡。国有企业下岗职工有5666人实现再就业,再就业率达到76.7%,其中与企业解除劳动关系的有3418人,全市再就业服务中心由41个减少到31个,在中心的下岗职工由7391人减少到1690人。我们在实施再就业机制向失业机制转轨过程中,确立了三条原则:
