目前国内测量钢液温度,大部分是采用在测温枪上安装快速热电偶,由配接的快速电子电位差计或数字测温计显示出被测参数值。由于各种原因,对一支测温枪来说测量若干次后,就要检修,更换芯线,否则,因绝缘强度降低或其它故障要影响正常使用。更换芯线后,一般要在炉内测一次温度以验证更换芯线后测温枪的可靠性。如果遇到熔炉处在熔化期,或熔池内刚加完料,那么,要等到炉内处于合适时期才能测温。为了确保测温的可靠性和对仪表检测方便,设计了一套模拟温度测试器。经现场使用,感到很方便,颇受炉前工和仪表工欢迎。其模拟温度测试器原理图如图1所示。
