近年来,山西省晋城市以创新思路谋划党的基层组织建设,通过联建、帮建、选派干部、建立激励机制等方式,实现城乡基层党建资源的优化配置,把城乡之间联动互补的积极性调动起来,把乡村潜在的发展能量释放出来,把富裕乡村和贫困乡村、中心乡村和偏远乡村的比较优势发挥出来,为城乡一体化发展和扶贫攻坚战略实施提供坚强的组织保证。
