黔产杜仲化学成分研究

目的:对黔产杜仲进行化学成分研究。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18、MCI等柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:从杜仲乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位中分离纯化了16个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、环桉树醇(2)、白桦脂酸(3)、24-亚甲基环阿屯酮(4)、环桉烯酮(5)、salicifoliol(6)、松脂素(7)、京尼平(8)、格链孢醇(9)、蛇菰脂醛素(10)、杜仲二醇(11)、松脂醇-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(12)、杜仲醇(13)、脱氧杜仲醇(14)、8-羟基松脂素(15)、去氢二松柏醇γ’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(16)。结论:其中,化合物2、4~6、9、10和15为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物14为首次从杜仲皮中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Eucommia Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-18, MCI and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of compounds were determined by spectroscopic data. Results: Sixteen compounds were isolated and purified from the extracts of ethyl acetate and n-butanol in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv., And identified as β-sitosterol (1), Eucalyptol (2), Betulinic acid Cyclohexain (4), Cycloalcone (5), Salicifoliol (6), Phosphatidylethanolamine (7), Genipin (8) (12), eucommia alcohol (13), deoxyethylated alcohol (14), 8-hydroxypolysin (15) , Dehydroerbutenol γ’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2, 4 ~ 6, 9, 10 and 15 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 14 was isolated from Eucommia bark for the first time.
