环境法能否调整人与环境之间的关系是一个值得探讨的问题。本文分别从“非人类中心主义”的环境伦理没有必要被法律化,环境不能成为环境法律关系的主体,环境法的调整对象不能从传统法理学的社会关系扩展到非社会关系这三个方面进行论述,得出环境法不能调整人与环境的关系的结论。
