通过对常用的两种齿轮一销轨式无链牵引机构性能分析,提出了渐开线—摆线复合齿轮这一新的无技牵引机构.研究表明,其接触和弯曲强度较普通摆线齿轮均有所提高。该复合齿轮用于采煤机无链牵引机构将具有广泛的应用前景。
Based on the performance analysis of two commonly used gear-chainless chain traction mechanisms, an involute-cycloidal composite gear is proposed. Research shows that the contact and bending strength is higher than ordinary cycloidal gear. The compound gear for shearer chainless traction mechanism will have a wide range of applications.
