现将右上肺肺内畸胎瘤误诊为肺脓肿1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,27岁。因咳嗽、咳脓痰,痰中带血3 a,伴间断发热,加重5 d收入院。入院检查:弱力体型,营养差,全身浅表淋巴结未扪及肿大,气管居中,胸廓对称,右中上肺语颤增强,叩诊浊音,可闻及湿啰音和痰鸣音。胸部X线:右上肺包块,约10
