附睾平滑肌瘤较少见,文献仅有少数报告,本病易和附睾结核、附睾非特异性炎症等疾病混淆。我科收治一例,报告如下:刘××,男性,43岁,干部,于三年前发现左侧附睾有一肿物,无任何不适,以后渐增大,劳累后有肿痛感。未经任何治疗,以附睾包块收入院。体检:一般情况好,心肺无异常,肝脾未触及,双肾、输尿管及膀胱无异常,双侧睾丸正常,左侧附睾尾部有一蚕豆大之包
