日前,国家信息化领导小组批准颁布了《国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划信息化重点专项规划》。《专项规划》是“十五”期间我国国民经济和社会发展的十个重点专项规划之一,是我国编制的第一个国家信息化规划,是一份规范和指导全国信息化建设的纲领性文件。 《专项规划》提出了“十五”期间推进国民经济和社会信息化的发展方针、发展目标、主要任务及政策措施。并指出了“十五”期间将努力完成信息技术推广应用、现代信息基础建设和加快发展电子信息产业的三大任务。
Recently, the leading group for national informatization approved the promulgation of the “Key Plan for Informationization of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.” “Special Planning” is one of the ten key special plans of China’s national economy and social development during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period and is the first national informationization plan compiled by our country and a programmatic guideline for standardizing and guiding the nationwide information construction file. The “special plan” put forward the development guidelines, development goals, major tasks and policies and measures for promoting the national economy and social informationization during the 10th Five-Year Plan period. And pointed out that during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, it will make efforts to complete the three major tasks of popularizing and applying information technology, building a modern information infrastructure and accelerating the development of the electronic information industry.
