国家在大力倡导全民阅读,全民阅读需要大中小图书馆的全面参与,而每个独立的图书馆因为资源与经费限制,又都无法面面俱到,因此,本文对如何在全民阅读中,整合各馆资源,扩展图书馆触角,结合图书馆+,更好的进行馆际合作进行了探讨。
