我们召开经济形势分析与预测座谈会,已经是第四次了。第一次是1990年11月20日召开的,会后我们曾内部出版了蓝皮书《1991年中国:经济形势分析与预测》;第二次是1991年春季(4月23日)召开的,各位代表提交的书面论文已刊登在《数量经济技术经济研究》1991年第6期专栏上;第三次是1991年秋季(10月10日)召开的,会后由中国社会科学出版社公开出版了蓝皮书《1992年中国:经济形势分析与预测》。这几次会议及其成果在国内外都引起了广泛重视和很多反响。今天的这个春季座谈会是第四次,各位代表提交的书面论文将刊登在《数量经济技术经济研究》1992年第6期专栏上。我相信,这次座谈会的成果也将会引起党利政府有关决策部门以及社会各个方面的关注,在国内外产生相应的影响。
It is the forth time for us to hold a symposium on the analysis and forecast of the economic situation. The first was held on November 20, 1990. After the meeting, we internally published the blue book “China 1991: Economic Situation Analysis and Forecast” and the second one was held in Spring 1991 (April 23). All of you Written papers submitted by the delegates were published in column 6 of the “Journal of Quantitative & Technical Technical Economics” 1991; the third was held in the autumn of 1991 (October 10), and later published by China Social Sciences Press Blue Book 1992 China: Economic Situation Analysis and Forecast. These meetings and their achievements have drawn widespread attention and many reactions both at home and abroad. This spring symposium is the fourth such event. Written essays submitted by deputies will be published in the sixth column, Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economic Studies, 1992. I believe that the outcome of this symposium will also arouse the concern of the party and government relevant decision-making departments and various sectors of society and will have corresponding impacts both at home and abroad.
