目的了解特需门诊就诊者的就医需求,找出工作中存在的问题,提高服务质量和满意度。方法对200名特需门诊就诊患者进行就诊需求和满意度的问卷调查。结果患者看中特需门诊医疗服务质量和就医方便。对医疗质量和服务质量满意率高。结论特需门诊在保证高水平医疗技术的同时,更加重视服务质量,改善医疗环境,做到方便快捷。
Objective To understand the medical needs of the special needs outpatients, identify the problems in the work and improve the quality of service and satisfaction. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the needs and satisfaction of 200 outpatient visits. The results of patients with special needs outpatient medical service quality and medical convenience. Satisfied with the medical quality and service quality.
