由所团委、质量处、工艺生产处、科研处和人教处共同承办,人教处具体负责实施的五○四所第二届青年优秀科技论文和成果评选活动,历时3个多月,共征集科技论文和成果42项。其中,科研型号类25项;工艺生产管理类17项。本次活动旨在促进所内科研生产的发展,活跃学术空气,促使青年科技人员早日成才。经由所内老专家和有关部门负责人组成的两个评审组,根据评审条件,对论文和成果从先进性、创造性、难度性、社会效益、论文写作等方面给予综合
