由上海市科委主持的“几种凝聚态光谱在信息技术中的应用-红外椭圆偏振光谱系统”鉴定会于1998年10月23日在上海技术物理研究所召开。红外物理国家重点实验室承担的上海市科技发展基金重点项目“几种凝聚态光谱在信息技术中的应用”,现已研制成2μm~12.5μm波段波长扫描可变角度的全自动红外椭圆偏振光谱系统。可用于多种固体材料、薄膜、异质结构、表面界面、多层结构等红外光学常数和物理现象
The application of “several condensed-matter spectra in information technology - infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry system”, presided over by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, was held on October 23, 1998 in Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics. State Key Laboratory of Infrared Physics, Shanghai Science and Technology Development Fund, the key project undertaken by the “several condensed-state spectroscopy in the application of information technology,” has been developed into 2μm ~ 12.5μm wavelength scanning wavelength variable angle fully automatic infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry system. Can be used for a variety of solid materials, films, heterostructures, surface interfaces, multi-layer structure and other infrared optical constants and physical phenomena
