用60co-γ射线6000、8000、10000、12000、15000、20000伦琴辐照胜利1号、渭薯1号等四个品种块茎后,常温土窖贮藏,从10月份存放到翌年的8月份,辐照组不生根、不发芽,淀粉损失率为28.9—47.7%,薯块外表保持新鲜、饱满。特别在气温高、湿度大的6—8月份,块茎腐烂率仅为8.2—22.3%。而对照组,根、芽生长繁茂,淀粉损失率高达63.2—75.8%,薯块外形皱缩、凹陷,烂薯率12.8—24.6%。试验证明,用6000—15000伦琴辐照马铃薯常温贮藏,能有效地抑制马铃薯块茎的生根发芽。
