目的 探讨CT仿真内镜成像在喉科的临床应用价值。方法 对 5名健康者、16例喉癌、5例声带及披裂息肉、4例乳头状瘤、1例披裂慢性炎症、1例喉气囊肿、1例喉旁囊肿、1例喉切割伤成形术后、1例喉癌术后共 35例患者 ,行螺旋CT扫描后经软件处理 ,获得仿真喉镜图像 ,所有病例均与喉镜和手术所见对照分析。结果 CT仿真内镜显示喉内正常解剖与纤维喉镜一致 ;显示喉黏膜病变敏感性 74 3% ;显示病变范围优于纤维喉镜 ;对较小病变形态显示略差于纤维喉镜。结论 CT仿真喉镜 (以下简称CTVL)是纤维喉镜的很好补充手段 ,具有发展潜力。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT virtual endoscopy in laryngology. Methods Five healthy volunteers, 16 patients with laryngeal cancer, 5 patients with vocal cord and perforation, 4 patients with papilloma, 1 patient with chronic inflammation of the larynx, 1 laryngeal cyst, 1 laryngeal cyst and 1 laryngeal incision A total of 35 patients with laryngocarcinoma were treated with software after the CT scan, and the simulated laryngoscope images were obtained. All the cases were analyzed with laryngoscope and surgical findings. Results CT virtual endoscopy showed that the laryngeal normal anatomy was consistent with the laryngoscope; the sensitivity of the laryngeal mucosal lesions was 74 3%; the range of lesion was better than the laryngoscope; and the lesion showed slightly worse than the fibrolaryngoscope. Conclusion CT artificial laryngoscope (CTVL for short) is a good supplement for fiber laryngoscope and has potential for development.
