本文是1990~1998年该院收治457例肾综合症出血热病例中64例少尿期合并多脏器功能衰竭病患者治疗的临床分析报告。文章指出:肾综合症出血热少尿期并发多脏器功能衰竭是出血热病最主要的死亡原因,是当前医学很难解决的难题。本报告在及时综合治疗同时采用血液透析法治愈率达93.33%。
This article is from 1990 to 1998, the hospital admitted 457 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, 64 cases of oliguria combined with multiple organ failure in patients with clinical analysis. The article points out: Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome oliguria concurrent multiple organ failure is the most important cause of death of hemorrhagic fever is difficult to solve the current medical problems. This report in a timely manner combined with hemodialysis cure rate of 93.33%.
