目的 探讨TXA2 及PGI2 在糖尿病视网膜病变时的变化规律及临床意义。方法 运用放射免疫方法对 35例糖尿病视网膜病变临床前期患者、36例糖尿病视网膜病变背景期患者、32例糖尿病视网膜病变增殖期患者以及 35例健康人进行TXB2 及 6 Keto PGF1α的定量检测。结果 各期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的TXB2 及 6 Keto PGF1α检测值与对照组均有显著性差异 ,糖尿病视网膜病变临床前期、背景期及增殖期之间的TXB2 及 6 Keto PGF1α水平亦显著不同。结论 检测糖尿病患者的TXB2 及 6 Keto PGF1α水平对糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断和预防以及临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of TXA2 and PGI2 in diabetic retinopathy. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect TXB2 and 6 Keto PGF1α in 35 patients with preclinical diabetic retinopathy, 36 patients with diabetic retinopathy, 32 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and 35 healthy controls. Results The levels of TXB2 and 6 Keto PGF1α in patients with diabetic retinopathy were significantly different from those in the control group. The levels of TXB2 and 6 Keto PGF1α in diabetic retinopathy were also significantly different in preclinical, background and proliferative phases. Conclusion The detection of TXB2 and 6 Keto PGF1α in diabetic patients is of great significance in the early diagnosis, prevention and clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
