当前是中专院校推进素质教育改革的关键时期,素质教育改革的效果将直接关系到中专院校人才培养工作的整体水平。但在改革的过程中却存在着一定的问题和不足,严重影响到中专院校教学管理水平的提高。本文总结了现阶段国内中专院校开展素质教育工作的重要意义,指出存在的突出问题,并就如何有效解决这些问题提出了建议和对策。
At present, the key period for the quality education reform in secondary schools is to promote quality education reform, which will directly affect the overall level of personnel training in secondary schools. However, there are still some problems and shortcomings in the process of reform, which seriously affect the improvement of teaching management in secondary schools. This article summarizes the significance of carrying out quality education in domestic institutions of higher learning at this stage, points out the outstanding problems and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to effectively solve these problems.
