今年夏日的一个周末,我在董事长慕镕键引领下逐层考察了联桥国际大厦,简约流畅实用的生产办公布局,让人觉得心里敞亮,再瞅瞅那些文化标识、休闲娱乐设施、员工就餐环境,更让人过目难忘,“楼”如其人,这个楼的主人像这个楼。再往深里看,员工自报公议酬薪、员工拥有发言权和管理权,员工有活力、重实干、比奉献,“感恩、责任”的价值观处处渗透,“创卓越品牌、做幸福企业”上下同欲。经营人心,追求幸福。我看好这个企业。——星眼管窥
