1.情况介紹 在某企業的供热設計中,我們曾采用了压力回水的設計方法:戶外热力網的蒸汽回水,依靠其本身的过剩压力,直接返回到放在鍋爐房中离地标高約7~8公尺处的給水箱中,鍋爐房內不建地下水泵间。这样,不但可以节約下全部地下水泵間的土建投資、以及全部回水設备(回水箱、回水泵等)的投资,而且在以后長时期的操作中,减少了工人的劳动及經常的运轉費用;同时,采用压力回水,回水管中充滿着水,减少了管子的腐蝕。因之,回水管的使用寿命,也將比一般开式的自流回水管要長得多。該企業供热設計的具体条件如下:主要的建筑物及宿舍的采暖都采用130~40℃的热水,热水由鍋爐房集中供应。通風和部分建筑物的采暖采用3公斤/平方公分压力的飽和蒸汽。生产方面所需的蒸汽压力都在3公斤/平方公分以上。由于整个企業中沒有0.7公斤/平方公分压
