目的分析前列腺炎样症状对患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选择安徽省的泾县、合肥市、枞阳县、蒙城县不同社区15~60岁男性人群4500人进行问卷调查,内容包括年龄、身高、体重、学历、性格、职业、病程、国际前列腺炎症状评分指数表(NIH-CPSI)、性功能情况、勃起功能国际指数问卷(IIEF-5)等共29项。结果回收有效调查表4285份,占95.2%。6.4%的患者有前列腺炎样症状;在慢性前列腺炎样症状患者中,有75.1%患者认为带着症状影响工作和生活;有63.4%对带着症状继续生活感到不满意、不高兴甚至很可怕,其中20~39岁组占47.2%;QOL评分9~12分者占29.3%,其中小于40岁有62人(22.7%);QOL评分与NIH-CPSI评分、病程呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关,而与身高、体重、学历、职业、有无伴发疾病等无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论前列腺炎样症状对患者生活质量的影响明显。对年轻患者的生活质量影响最大,生活质量影响程度与NIH-CPSI评分、性格、生活压力、病程等有关,而与身高、体重、学历、职业、性功能情况等无明显相关性。
Objective To analyze the impact of prostatitis-like symptoms on the quality of life of patients. Methods A total of 4 500 male aged 15-60 years in different communities of Jing County, Hefei City, Zongyang County and Mengcheng County in Anhui Province were surveyed by questionnaire, including age, height, weight, education, personality, occupation, course of disease, Prostatitis Symptom Score Index (NIH-CPSI), sexual function, erectile dysfunction International Index Questionnaire (IIEF-5) and a total of 29 items. Results 4285 valid questionnaires were recovered, accounting for 95.2%. 6.4% of the patients had prostatitis-like symptoms; 75.1% of the patients with chronic prostatitis-like symptoms thought that taking the symptoms affected their work and life; 63.4% were dissatisfied with the symptoms of continuing life, unhappy and even terrible , Of which 47.2% were in the age group of 20-39 years, 29.3% were in the QOL score of 9-12, of which 62 were younger than 40 years (22.7%). The QOL score was positively correlated with the NIH-CPSI score and the course of the disease, , But not with height, weight, education, occupation, with or without associated disease, no significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Prostatitis-like symptoms have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. The quality of life of young patients has the greatest impact on the quality of life and NIH-CPSI score, personality, life pressure, duration and so on, but not with height, weight, education, occupation, sexual function, etc. There is no obvious correlation.
