近年来,随着山东省县域经济的不断发展,对高学历、高技能人才的需求更加迫切,职工培训工作已成为企业培养高素质员工和打造核心竞争力的重要手段,它直接影响到员工的素质和工作绩效并进而影响企业整体竞争力。文章通过对山东省140个县(市、区)的职工培训情况调查问卷进行汇总整理,分析了目前全省县域经济培训工作的现状以及各类人员对培训的不同需求。
In recent years, with the continuous development of county economy in Shandong Province, the demand for highly educated and highly skilled personnel is even more urgent. Staff training has become an important means for enterprises to train high-quality staff and build their core competitiveness. It has a direct impact on the employees’ Quality and job performance and thus affect the overall competitiveness of enterprises. This paper summarizes the questionnaire about employee training in 140 counties (cities and districts) in Shandong Province, and analyzes the current situation of economic training in counties and counties across the province and the different needs of various personnel for training.
