在应用节流装置测量气体流量时,如果被测气体在工作状态下的压力、温度与设计值相差较大,则被测气体的密度将发生变化,从而产生误差。通常可用计算或查表的方法校正,但在自动控制及流量积算中则无法进行,因此需要对压力、温度进行自动校正。目前我国常用的方法是采用单元组合仪表(见《冶金自动化》1977年第1期),由于需要的仪表数量多,不仅价钱昂贵,调整麻烦,而且累积误差较大。
In the application of throttling device to measure gas flow, if the measured gas pressure in the working state, the temperature and the design value of a large difference, the measured gas density will change, resulting in error. Usually calculated or look-up table calibration method, but in the automatic control and flow totalizer can not be carried out, so the need for pressure, temperature automatic correction. At present, the commonly used method in our country is to use unit combination meters (see “Metallurgical Automation”, No.1 1977). Due to the large number of instruments needed, it is not only expensive but also troublesome to adjust, and the cumulative error is large.
