研究了单模激光色损失模型和色增益模型的统计性质,得到了其光强定态几率分布、光强平均值和n 阶矩的解析表达式,分析了单模激光中的饱和效应.通过比较发现当电场空腔衰减速率较大,泵参数a0 较小时,两模型给出的结果的差别较小;反之,差别较大.噪声的关联时间对两模型的结果也有很大的影响.
The statistical properties of the single-mode laser color loss model and the color gain model are studied. The analytical expressions of the probability distribution of light intensity, the mean value of light intensity and the n-th moment are obtained, and the saturation effect in single-mode laser is analyzed. The results show that the difference between the two models is smaller when the cavity attenuation rate is larger and the pump parameter a0 is smaller. On the contrary, the difference is larger. The correlation time of noise also has a great influence on the results of the two models.
