我厂自一九六五年在某些机器上推广使用二硫化钼以来,从根本上消除了漏油现象,改善工人的劳动条件和节约了大量的润滑油和维修费用。现简单介绍如下: 1.二硫化钼干膜在C616车床上的使用为了解决车床主轴箱的漏油,我们从一九六五年七月起试用二硫化钼固体润滑膜。具体方法是:在设备修理时,将零件(齿轮)全部拆开、清洗干净,进行喷砂处理,再用丙酮清洗,然后涂二硫化钼成膜剂BM—3,涂完后,工件放进烘箱加热至160℃,保温3小时,出炉自冷,装配(滚动轴承使用二
