随着建筑行业的不断发展,我国房屋建筑工程项目越来越多,建设的速度也越来越快。在建设过程中,为了在保证施工质量的前提下获得更多的经济效益,许多企业开始关注房屋建筑工程造价管理工作。本文分析了房屋建筑工程造价管理当中常见的几个问题,并提出了一些房屋建筑工程造价管理的策略,为房屋建筑工程造价管理提供一定参考。
With the continuous development of the construction industry, China’s housing construction projects more and more construction faster and faster. In the process of construction, in order to obtain more economic benefits under the premise of ensuring the quality of construction, many enterprises began to pay attention to the cost management of housing construction. This paper analyzes several common problems in the cost management of housing construction projects, and puts forward some strategies for cost management of housing construction projects, providing some reference for the cost management of housing construction projects.
