商家应把顾客当什么?当然是上帝。有人觉得这种提法不够大众化,于是改称“顾客就是父母”。可对这种说法又有人觉得不够“味”,日前在报纸上看到一种更新的提法:“顾客就是经理!”大概经理对职员有“生杀”大权,干好了,可留你;干得不好,可炒你的鱿鱼。职员对经理有一种敬畏心理。如果所有职员都像对经理那样小心翼翼地对待顾客,就不会让顾客不满意了。若从理念上讲,我想也未必行
