目的了解天津市南开区医院的消毒现状,为科学指导医院消毒工作,预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法对19家医院的环境空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液和压力蒸汽灭菌器的消毒质量进行采样监测。结果共采样1 803份,合格1 680份,平均总合格率为93.2%,物体表面合格率最高,为98.4%;环境空气合格率最低,为82.0%,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率呈逐年上升趋势,其他项目无明显年度差异。结论各医院要足够重视消毒工作,从根本上提高医院消毒效果的质量,控制医院感染的发生。
Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection of Nankai District Hospital in Tianjin and provide a scientific basis for scientific guidance on hospital disinfection and prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods The quality of disinfectants in 19 hospitals, including the ambient air, the surface of the objects, the hand of the medical staff, the disinfectant used and the pressure steam sterilizer were sampled and monitored. Results A total of 1 803 samples were obtained and 1 680 samples were qualified. The average total pass rate was 93.2%. The highest pass rate was 98.4% on the surface of the object. The lowest passing rate of ambient air was 82.0%. The passing rate of the pressure steam sterilizer increased year by year Trend, other projects no significant annual difference. Conclusion All hospitals should pay enough attention to disinfection work, and fundamentally improve the quality of hospital disinfection, control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
