本文主要叙述晶体滚圆装置的结构设计、工作原理和应用范围,以及对LiNbO_3晶体的滚圆和基准平面的磨削实验。结果表明,本装置在晶体滚圆磨削加工中具有实用与推广价值。
This article mainly describes the structure design, working principle and application scope of the crystal rounding device, as well as the grinding experiment of spheronization and reference plane of LiNbO_3 crystal. The results show that this device has practical and popularization value in the grinding process of the crystal.
