村村通广播电视工程,是我国实现社会主义新农村的一项重要工程。一方面是为了促进我国广大农村地区的发展,另一方面是提高我国广大农民的知识储备。本文提出,我国建设村村通工程的重要意义,提出实现村村通工程的基本条件。另外,本文认为,村村通广播工程的管理是实现真真意义上的村村通的关键,因此必须对这一工程进行很好的管理。从而达到最佳的效果,保障这一工程的顺利进行。
The village radio and television project, is an important project of our country to realize the new socialist countryside. On the one hand, to promote the development of vast rural areas in our country and on the other hand to increase the knowledge base of the vast majority of our peasants. This paper puts forward the significance of building the village-village project in our country and proposes the basic conditions for the project of village-village communication. In addition, this paper argues that the management of Murata broadcasting project is the key to realize the true meaning of the village, so the project must be well managed. To achieve the best results, to ensure the smooth progress of this project.
