病历摘要姚××,男,45岁,河南人。住院号289068。不规则发热、乏力20天,血尿半个月,于1981年7月13日入院。患者于20天前(6月22日)自觉低热、头昏、乏力及微咳,在当地拟诊为“上感”,服“安乃近”后热稍退,仍持续37～38℃之间。半月来右腰背部持续隐胀痛,向下腹放射,伴洗肉水样尿,每天8～4次,无尿频、尿痛、尿急。同时牙龈广泛出
