Provincial Construction Commission and the Provincial Archives of the “Provisional Measures for the Administration of Hunan Province Urban Infrastructure Archives” has been approved by the provincial people’s government and is hereby issued to you for study and implementation. Provisional Measures on the Management of Archives for Urban Infrastructure Construction in Hunan Province Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to completely preserve and scientifically manage urban infrastructure archives.
