刘忠贵,男,1930年生,吉林省四平人,中共党员。1954年东北农学院兽医系毕业,留校任教。1960年苏联莫斯科兽医学院研究生毕业,获副博士学位。1990年获苏联兽医学名誉博士学位。历任东北农学院讲师、副教授、教授、兽医病理学博士生导师,兽医系主任和畜禽疾病研究所副所长。现为国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,国家级有突出贡献专家,农业部第二次制订兽医病理学硕士、博士学位研究生培养方案主编,中国农业百科全书兽医病理分支副主编,全国统编兽医免疫病理学主编;中国病理生理学会常务理事,全国动物病理生理专业委员会理事
Liu Zhonggui, male, born in 1930, Siping, Jilin Province, member of the Communist Party of china. 1954 Northeast Agricultural College Department of Veterinary Medicine graduate, to teach in school. 1960 Soviet Moscow Veterinary College graduate, received a doctorate. In 1990 by the Soviet veterinary honorary doctorate. Former Northeast Agricultural College lecturer, associate professor, professor, veterinary pathology doctoral tutor, veterinary department and animal husbandry, deputy director of Institute of disease. He is now a member of Discipline Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and an expert with outstanding contributions at the national level. The Ministry of Agriculture has formulated the second master’s program of master’s veterinary pathology and postgraduate training program of doctoral degree, deputy editor of Veterinary Pathology Branch of China Agricultural Encyclopedia, Pathology editor; Chinese Society of pathophysiology executive director, director of the National Animal Pathophysiology Committee
