中国共产党第十五次全国代表大会,是在世纪之文我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设承前启后、继往开来的关键时刻召开的具有重要意义的盛会,是我们党历史上的一座里程碑。大会的最大贡献,是把邓小平理论确立为全党的指导思想。大会修改后的党章明确规定:“中国共产党以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论作为自己的行动指南。”这对于我们胜利实现本世纪末的奋斗目标,进而在下一世纪开创更加壮丽、更加辉煌的前程将产生重大而深远的影响。十五大的重大历史意义最根本的在于,我们党把邓小平理论确立为自己的指导思想。邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论是在十一届三中全会以后逐步发展和形成的,经过近20年改革开放和现代化建设的成功实践,回答和解决了在中国这样一个不发达的社会主义国家如何认识社会主义、怎样建设社会主义的根本问题。这一理论不仅为马克思主义理论宝库增加了许多新内容、新思想、新观点,而且在体系上也日趋完善和成熟,成为当代中国的马克思主义,是马克思主义在中国发展的新阶段。十五大报告指出,旗帜问题至关紧要,旗帜就是方向,旗帜
The 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party is a milestone in the history of our party, an important event convened at the critical juncture of the past and future after the reform and opening up in our country and the socialist modernization have been carried forward. The greatest contribution of the General Assembly is to establish Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology of the entire party.
