本文探讨了应用变吸力穿刺针治疗高血压脑出血的优点、疗效、手术适应证和禁忌症。用自行研制的变吸力穿刺针在电钻动力驱动下钻颅进入血肿腔进行抽吸 ,个别配合尿激酶液化引流从而清除颅内血肿 ,临床治疗 48例 ,存活 42例 ,存活率87.5 % ;死亡 6例 ,死亡率 12 .5 % ,并总结了年龄、出血量、出血部位、手术时机与 ADL(日常生活能力 )的关系 ,认为本法是如今治疗高血压脑出血创伤小、疗效好的方法 ,值得推广
This article explores the advantages, efficacy, surgical indications and contraindications of using a suction-activated suture needle to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Using self-developed suction-suction puncture needle driven by electric drill, the skull entered the hematoma cavity for suctioning. In combination with urokinase liquefaction and drainage to clear the intracranial hematoma, 48 cases were clinically treated, 42 survived and the survival rate was 87.5%. The death rate was 6 The mortality rate was 12.5%, and the relationship between age, bleeding volume, bleeding site, operative timing and ADL (daily living ability) was summarized.
