新疆培训中心(新疆石油学院)坚持科学发展观,加快发展,努力创建“国内先进,西部一流”的培圳基地。2008年,新疆培训中心(新疆石油学院)面临着新的发展机遇,要想实现创建“国内先进,西部一流”培训基地的奋斗目标,就必须始终不懈地抓住加快中心(学院)发展这个要务不放,不断增加危机感,不断地自加压力,必须科学地分析西北地区石油石化企业的发展趋势对人才的需求,科学的分析制约中心(学院)发展的客观因素和主观因素,提出符合客观规律的建设和发展规划。
