近几年,在中国通信市场竞争激烈、国内市场国际化的大格局中,我国民族通信工业,尤其是程控交换机工业,引人注目地出现了群体性突破,出现了一批具有独立开发能力,紧跟世界潮流的企业。我国自主研制开发的交换机设备从无到有,到技术水平逐步成熟、技术先进程度逐步与世界同步,至今已开始全面在公用电信网发挥作用。可以说,民族通信产业正在突破国外产品技术的重围,成为我国高科技领域的一棵奇葩。
