应用新近发展起来的体视学方法和计算机图像分析系统,在光镜和电镜水平,同时结合功能观察,定量研究了雷公藤多甙对阿霉素所致肾病大鼠肾小球三维空间构筑和多聚阴离子含量的影响。结果表明,雷公藤多甙对病鼠肾脏滤过屏障机械通透性能的降低并无明显改善作用,其治疗肾病蛋白尿的机理主要是通过保护或修复肾小球电荷屏障来实现的。
