大连市人民政府:你市《关于大连市原有投资基金清理规范情况的报告》(大政[2000]56号)收悉,根据《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》、《国务院办公厅转发证监会原有投资基金清理规范方案的通知》(国办发[1999]28号)及其他有关规定,经审核,你市原有投资基金清理规范工作符合有关要求,现就有关事项批复如下:一、同意大证利民基金、工信可转、建信基金、大信受益4只基金在资产及规模调整符合要求后,合并规范为金元证券投资基金,规模为201,511,200份基金单位。
