博物馆作为集收藏、研究、教育于一体的公共文化服务机构,其教育功能在博物馆现代化进程中显得尤为重要。如今,博物馆社教活动的形式可谓多种多样、百花齐放,但陈列讲解依然是服务大众的重要手段。随着社会的快速发展,广大人民群众的知识水平、文化素养、欣赏品味不断提高,对讲解员的讲解水平和综合素质提出了更高要求。以往照本宣科的背诵式讲解显然已经不能满足观众的参观需求,在获取知识的同时愉悦身心,成为越来越多的观众来博物馆参观的最终目的。讲解员作为博物馆形象代言人,应顺应新形势下观众的参观需求,从以人为本的服务意识出发,运用用艺术化的语言,深入挖掘展览的历史与文化内涵,把讲解的知识性、艺术性、欣赏性相结合,不断满足广大观众多层次、多样化的文化需求。
As a public cultural service institution integrating collection, research and education, the museum’s educational function is especially important in the process of museum modernization. Nowadays, there are many forms of social education activities in museums and flowers are in full bloom. However, the display of the museums is still an important means of serving the public. With the rapid development of society, the masses of the people have continuously raised their knowledge level, cultural accomplishment, appreciation of taste, and put forward higher requirements on the level of explanation and overall quality of the instructors. In the past according to the propaganda recitation style apparently can no longer meet the needs of visitors to visit, while acquiring knowledge, physical and mental pleasure, as more and more visitors to the museum’s ultimate goal. As the image spokesman of the Museum, the interpreter should follow the visitors’ needs in the new situation and start from the people-oriented sense of service. Using the artistic language, the instructors dig out the historical and cultural connotation of the exhibition, and explain the knowledgeable, artistic and appreciative Combination, continue to meet the majority of the audience multi-level, diversified cultural needs.
