齿轮的接触区影响轮齿强度和齿轮噪音,因而是一项重要的质量控制项目。接触区的测定一般是在两啮合齿轮的齿面上涂色,並使之转动,用目视的办法观测其接触斑痕。这种检测方法很费时间,还需要经验去判断。日野汽车公司开发了一种通过图像处理测定齿轮接触区的新方法。这种方法是利用一台电视摄影机连续观测两个转动的齿轮齿面,并将其所得到的图象存储在一个图象记忆装置之中。诸如齿面接触规范和齿面亮度等级等参数要事先加以规定,利用微机将规定值与观测到的图象进行比较,並给出测定结果。
The contact area of gears affects gear strength and gear noise and is therefore an important quality control project. The contact zone is generally determined by smearing the tooth surfaces of both meshing gears and rotating them, and visually observing the contact marks. This test method is time-consuming, but also need experience to judge. Hino Motors has developed a new method of measuring gear contact areas by image processing. This method uses a television camera to continuously observe two rotating gear tooth surfaces and stores the resulting image in an image memory device. Such as the tooth surface contact specification and tooth surface brightness level and other parameters to be specified in advance, the use of computer to compare the value with the observed image, and gives the measurement results.
