对７个不同批号柴黄片用转篮法在不同转速下进行体外溶出速率测定。结果表明：两条件下所测得的样品间相对累积释放量都有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；同时，两条件下的Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ和ｍ之间无显著相关性；崩解时限与Ｔ５０亦无显著相关性。
The in vitro dissolution rate of seven different batches of Chai Huang tablets was determined by a spin basket method at different speeds. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the relative cumulative release between the two samples (P<0.01); at the same time, there was no significant correlation between T50, Td and m under both conditions; the disintegration time limit There was also no significant correlation with T50.
