１９９０年１１月至１９９２年３月上海四家医院用国产人绝经期尿促性腺激素（ｈＭＧ）治疗无排卵性不孕症１１０例。患者平均３１．２岁，平均闭经时间５．９年，原发不孕症者占７９％。用ｈＭＧ－ｈＣＧ序贯法治疗１９８个周期，平均每个周期用药３３针。结果：１００例排卵率１００％，周期排卵率９４％，妊娠率５０％，周期妊娠率２７％。卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率３４．３％（轻度１０．９％，中度１９％，重度４．５％），双胎发生率１４．５％。表明国产ｈＭＧ对低促性腺激素性团经和无排卵性稀发月经的治疗效果令人满意。
From November 1990 to March 1992, 110 Chinese patients with atopic menopausal uterotrophic hormone (hMG) were treated in four hospitals in Shanghai. The average patient was 31.2 years old, with an average of 5.9 years of amenorrhea and 79% of primary infertility. With hMG-hCG sequential treatment of 198 cycles, with an average of 33 cycles per treatment. Results: 100 cases of ovulation rate of 100%, 94% of ovulation cycle, pregnancy rate of 50%, 27% of pregnancy rate. The incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome 34.3% (mild 10.9%, moderate 19%, severe 4.5%), twins incidence 14.5%. Domestic hMG shows that the gonadal regimen and anovulatory rare menstruation effect is satisfactory.
