2007年7月1日是香港回归祖国十周年的日子,是一个举国上下为之欢度,每一个炎黄子孙为之激动的日子,同时也是一个让我们回首过往,总结经验,继往开来的重要时刻。藉此机会,我们有幸对香港回归十年来两地法律服务领域的交流与合作进行回顾,并对两地法律界合作的广阔前景作一展望十年前,香港回归,为祖国统一大业书写了具有里程碑意义的浓重一笔。十年来,在党和国家的亲切关怀和大力支持下,经过香港特区政府和香港各界人士的不懈努力和共同奋斗,香港经济繁荣、社会稳定,民生改善,呈现出一派欣欣向荣的景象,
July 1, 2007 marks the day when Hong Kong will return to the motherland for the tenth anniversary. It will be a time for all of our nation to enjoy it. Each will be excited about it. At the same time, it is also an important moment for us to look back on the past, sum up our experience and work for the future. With this opportunity, we are fortunate to review the exchanges and cooperation in legal services between the two places over the past 10 years since Hong Kong’s return to the Chinese mainland and make a vision of the broad prospects for the cooperation between the two sides in the legal field. Ten years ago, Hong Kong’s return to the motherland provided a Milestone landmark. Over the past decade, with the unrelenting care and support of the party and the country, Hong Kong’s economic prosperity, social stability and livelihood have shown a thriving scene thanks to the tireless efforts and joint efforts of the SAR government and people from all walks of life in Hong Kong.
